

This summary of the Almagest was converted from Persia into Hebrew by John Anatoli in 1231Ibn Rushd produced remarkable contributions in philosophy, logic, medicine and jurisprudence. He furthermore described Almagest and divided it into two parts: explanation of the spheres, and motion of the spheres. Relating to Draper, Ibn Rushd is usually credited with the discovery of sunspots. In Astrónomy, he authored a treatise on the motion of the sphere, Kitab fi-Hárakat al-Falak.

This book concentrates on particular locations in comparison of Ibn Sina's of al-Qanun, but contains several primary observations of lbn Rushd. Its Latin translation was identified as 'Colliget.' ln it, lbn Rushd has expounded on different aspects of medicine, like the diagnoses, treatments and avoidance of diseases.
